Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing homedreamrevive.com, contacting us or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If any part does not sit right with you, please reach out before starting a project — we would rather talk it through than surprise you later.
Our Services
Home Dream Revive provides home renovation services including interior decor, exterior and garden renovation, home security, fire safety, home loan and warranty guidance, roofing, solar, windows, flooring and bathroom remodeling. The scope, timeline and materials for every project are defined in your individual written quote and agreement, which take precedence over anything on this website.
Quotes, Pricing & Payment
Quotes we publish or send are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement. Each quote clearly lists the work included, materials and payment schedule. Anything outside the agreed scope — a surprise behind the wall, a change of heart mid-project — is always discussed and approved with you in writing before extra costs arise.
Scheduling, Access & Site Conditions
Renovation timelines depend on weather, material availability and site conditions — especially in Alaska. We will keep you informed of the schedule and any changes. In return, we ask for safe, reasonable access to the work area and to utilities needed for the work.
Workmanship Warranty & Materials
We stand behind our craft. Workmanship is covered by the warranty stated in your project agreement, and manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances we install. Warranty details, inclusions and care guidance are always provided in writing when your project is handed over.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a project, contact us as early as possible. Changes are handled through a simple written amendment; cancellations may involve costs for work already performed or materials already ordered, always calculated fairly and explained clearly.
Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, photography, design and branding — belongs to Home Dream Revive or its licensors. You are welcome to share and enjoy it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing it for commercial use without written permission is not allowed.

Our website may link to third-party sites for inspiration or convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Visit them at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
The website is provided for general information and inspiration. While we work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee it is complete or current. We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
